Hi, I just made these pancakes... they were sooo easy to make and it didn't took so much time.. THEY ARE DELICIOUS!! My little brother and me ate them and first they tasted the same as normall pancakes, but after a few bites you notice that they are more fluffy then normal pancakes... The colour is a little bit more like caramel...I definitely recomend these.. although they are less creamy, because you use coke instead of milk... My little brother really liked these pancakes so I think I will make these a much more often.. xxx Tatjana

I have been known to try a odd recipe or two. So much so that whenever I tried a new recipe my oldest son would asks what was in it before he would take a bite. These pancakes were thin and moist but had a different texture than other pancakes to us. The beaten egg whites didn't blend very easily into the batter, maybe because of the coke. Thanks motherof5 for something different to try. Bullwinkle.

UPDATE: The next morning I ate the remaining pancakes - cold - with a little bit of maple syrup. I liked them much better the next day. The cola flavor came through a lot more than when they were hot. Tasted good. Still, I think they needed the butter! :)
