• 453.59 g ground beef
• 118.29 ml seasoned bread crumbs
• 1 egg
• 14.79 ml water
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1.23 ml salt
• 1.23 ml black pepper
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1.23 ml salt
• 1.23 ml black pepper
• 236.59 ml ketchup
• 236.59 ml cola (DO NOT USE THE DIET TYPE)
• 14.79 ml Worcestershire sauce
• 1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped

directions

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, water, half of the onion, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper; mix well. Form into 1-inch meatballs and place in a 9" x 13" baking dish.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, including the remaining onion, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper; mix well, then pour over the meatballs.
3. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and the meatballs are cooked through.
