Coke/Pepsi Steak

ingredients

• 1 (12 ounce) can cola
• 2 lbs boneless sirloin tip steaks
• 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 3 minced garlic cloves
• 3 tablespoons steak grilling blend seasoning
• 1 fresh baked loaf of neville's bread
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 2 small onions

directions

1. Mix the cola and 1 tablespoon of the grilling seasoning in big zip lock bag. Add the Worcestershire sauce, oil and garlic.
2. Seal the bag and refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
3. Fire up your grill to medium heat.
4. De bag the steaks and press the remaining 2 tablespoons grilling seasoning into both sides of steak.
5. When the grill is hot, grill the steaks until they're done the way you like them. 5-7 minutes per side for med. rare, 8-10 minutes per side for medium.
6. Peel the onion and cut in half. Grill, turning and basting them with marinade for about 5 minutes or until tender.
7. Rest steak for 5 minutes before serving.
8. Enjoy steak, onions and a fresh baked loaf of Neville's bread.
