ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 4 tablespoons coffee beans, whole
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
directions
- In a bowl combine cream, coffee beans and sugar. Cover and put into the fridge for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, remove the coffee beans from the cream. Whip the cream until stiff and use for garnishing whatever you like with coffee flavour!

Mia - this is fabulous! I was so surprised that it worked so well and the flavor of the coffee really came through the whipping cream. I used a Sumatran dark roast coffee bean when making this. I used the whipped cream then to top the mocha lattes I made for the family. They all raved! Made for a bonus in the Healthy Choices tag game!
