Garnish your hot chocolate, coffee, cocoa, pudding, cake..... with coffee flavoured whipped cream! Prep time is soaking time.
- In a bowl combine cream, coffee beans and sugar. Cover and put into the fridge for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, remove the coffee beans from the cream. Whip the cream until stiff and use for garnishing whatever you like with coffee flavour!
Delicious coffee flavored whipped topping. I made 1/4 of the recipe to top off my coffee this morning. My coffee was just freshly made and very hot so the cream started melting right away, but it was still very tasty!! Made for 123 Tag Game.
Mia - this is fabulous! I was so surprised that it worked so well and the flavor of the coffee really came through the whipping cream. I used a Sumatran dark roast coffee bean when making this. I used the whipped cream then to top the mocha lattes I made for the family. They all raved! Made for a bonus in the Healthy Choices tag game!
