  1. I have made this recipe for years, since it first was published in the TOH Christmas edition. In case anyone is curious; it's easily adapted to a stove top recipe and doubles nicely. Combine the chocolate chips and condensed milk and melt slowly on med-low, stirring often. Once melted, add the vanilla, pecans and coffee. We aren't fans of the cinnamon in this recipe, so I throw in a teaspoon or two of the Epicure Pumpkin Cheesecake mix instead. I also add a couple teaspoons of Kahlua right before I pour it into the pan. This is definitely the easiest fudge recipe I have ever made, and bonus, it's also a no fail one.

  2. This was good, but I didn't care too much for the cinnamon. I would omit that if I made it again! Potzi

  4. I found this recipe in Taste of Home in 1999, and it's a fantastic fudge recipe. Even from the first time I made it, I got rave reviews and everyone wanted the recipe. You just can't mess this one up, and the flavors are excellent. Thank you for posting this!

  5. Oh this is very good and easy to make. I love when I can actually make fudge that doesn't turn out all gritty. I used Snickerdoodle flavored coffee, so some of the flavor came through in the fudge. Even more cinnamon is a good thing. I put half of the batch in the freezer for later ;) and half of the batch went on my Christmas trays. I may just have to set up a booth at our church's Ladies Brunch next year to sell this! Tweaks

  1. This is pretty darn good for a microwave fudge! I subbed walnuts for pecans that I already had oven-toasted, so I skipped step#2. I really like the addition of coffee, it really gives a nice flavor to the fudge. I will make this again, thanks for sharing Lucid!...Kitten:)
