This recipe is from "Green Hills Garden Club Cooks...Favorite Recipes from Vicksburg, MS" (Margaret Lusco). Excellent coffee drink.
- In a coffee mug, disslove sugar in a small amount of hot coffee.
- Add brandy or bourbon.
- Fill with hot coffee.
- Stir, and top with whipped cream.
This was positively delightful. I started with a strong blend of freshly ground French Roast coffee beans. It wasn't too sweet, but not bitter either... just a nice, smooth, tasty cup of coffee. I'll keep this recipe handy because I know I'll have it regularly. Thanks for posting it.
I made this with Kajmir (vanilla flavored brandy & vodka mix). Yummmmm!!!
