My daughters have been pestering me to teach them to cook so I am looking for easy recipes to start with. Try brewing it with different flavored ice coffees for a perky pick-me-up.
- 1 quart vanilla-flavored brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
- ground cinnamon
- In a large container, combine the coffee, milk and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Spoon ice cream into a punch bowl; pour coffee mixture over the top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
Dreamy! I added the cinnamon to the coffee mixture and then forgot to added it on top. Delicious anyway as I got the cinnamon flavor. I also drizzled some Hershey's low fat (LOL!) chocolate syrup on top. Yummy! Made for Summer 2009 Comfort Cafe!
