I love this drink on a cold rainy day or in front of a fire. It's really good with blackberry brandy too. UPDATE: Servings have been changed to 1 - not 10, LOL.
- 21.26 g dark Creme de Cacao
- 21.26 g coffee liqueur
- 14.17 g brandy
- 170.09 g hot coffee (6 to 8)
- 42.52 g whipped cream
- Pour the creme de cacao, coffee liqueur and brandy into an Irish coffee cup.
- Add coffee.
- Top with whipped cream.
This is so yummy!...my tummy is nice and warm now...this reminds me of a nice winter day...made "For your consideration" tag game...=)
What a delightful treat! I made this as specified but added cream to the coffee as I usually do. This is warm and relaxing and comforting - thanks for sharing the recipe!
This puppy will warm you up alright. I suggest this as a slow sipper, lol. I love the coffee and chocolate flavors and the brandy adds a real kick. This is a great winter treat and I agree with Lazy that this would be ideal with a fireplace. I used a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Thanks much Hon. Yumm.
