Coffee Molasses Marinade

"Use this to marinate and baste chicken, spareribs or other cuts of pork. Marinate at least overnight. Prep time does not include marinating and cooling time."

  • Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring, and simmer 2 minutes.
  • Let cool before using.

  1. This is a good marinade. I used it on lean pork. The coffee blends into all the other flavors. If I made a full recipe, it would have been plenty for 16 pieces of pork.
