This quick and easy to whip up for a pick-me-up! Made 2 servings and it was perfect for DH and I. I used a choco/vanilla swirl ice cream since that is all I had and it still came out great. DH suggested using a shot or two of espresso rather than the coffee if he really needs to wake up! Made for I Recommend Tag.

Oh my!!! This is wonderful!!! Perfect blend of coffee and chocolate!! I measured the coffee and chocolate but just guessed at the ice cream, which I used light vanilla ice cream. Definitely something I would make daily, but absolutely wonderful for a treat or holidays. Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe Twissis!!! Made for your win for the Super Bowl Football Pool, congrats!!!!

I knew it, I just knew it. Another keeper drink from my good friend. You have such great drink recipes and of course I'm always partial to anything that has coffee as an ingredient. Plus chocolate? To die for. I used an immersion blender to whirl away at the vanilla frozen yogurt (had from another one of your fab drink recipes), SF chocolate syrup and Sumatra coffee that I grind myself. Wonderful, and practically guilt-free!!! Glad I tagged for 123 Hitwonders~

Iceland
I am an American transplanted from Dallas to Iceland by marriage to a native Icelander & I retired to become his "Kitchen Queen". We love to entertain our family & friends, so I have an eclectic collection of recipes. I especially love simple, easy-fix, flexible & make-ahead recipes - BUT also like challenging myself on occasion. I enjoy baking & food photography. I am devoted to the "More is Always Better Principle" & apply it liberally to bacon, butter & garlic. I can have ingredient issues due to availability here in Iceland & my DH is medically diet-restricted from some ingredients as well. Either situation might require me to modify a recipe, but I will do my best to be true to your recipes & fair/honest in my reviews. Mary Pat (aka twissis)
