this is a recipe from Nestle.An impressive homemade liqueur. Serve as a liqueur with coffee, or spoon over ice cream. Makes a good hostess gift.

  1. Combine corn syrup and sugar in a saucepot.
  2. Heat over medium heat stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Combine the boiling water with the dried coffee granules.
  4. Stir into sugar mixture.
  5. Let cool completely.
  6. Then stir in the vodka and the vanilla.
  7. Pour into a covered container.
  8. Keeps indefinitely.
