A simple treat for those who love iced coffee. Plan ahead for this one as you need to let the mixture blend then cool before serving, not included in Prep time.

I bought full bodied decaf Colombian coffee for this recipe and used my Bialetti coffee maker to prep. Chose to use brown sugar to sweeten. This was delicious both hot and iced! Will make again soon! Was out of heavy cream (NO!) and made a sub with coconut cream. Worked! Prepared for CQ 2014.

  1. Add cinnamon sticks to hot coffee and let stand for 1 hour, then remove cinnamon.
  2. To coffee add sugar to taste and the heavy cream, then chill.
  3. Pour mixture into tall glasses and fill with ice, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
