A great little treat to serve along with coffee, perfect for when you have unexpected company as this goes together so easily.
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1⁄4 cup hazelnuts, roasted
- 1 1⁄2 cups rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons Kahlua or 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
- Process all ingredients in a food processor for 30 seconds or until mixture forms a ball around the blade.
- Take teaspoonfuls of the mixture & roll into balls.
- Store in a foil lined container in the fridge.
