This is a really quick and easy breakfast or snack. It's a good idea to watch it carefully, because microwaves vary so much; mine took only about half the time listed. Really good when you need a tasty nibble in a hurry. Thanks for posting!
Great on the go breakfast. I needed something very simple and quick for breakfast this morning and this fit the bill exactly! I used 1% milk and low-fat cheddar cheese as my choices this time. Cooked the 45 secs and the 2nd go-round I only needed another 20 seconds to have it finished. Thanks Denise for a great morning grab and go breakfast! Congrats on your Football Pool win!!
Have to admit I had some reservations, but was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. Will definitely do this again. Next time I plan od experimenting withsome other ingredients. Made for 2010 football pool.
You can't beat this recipe for quick and easy, plus it tastes great! Cooking it in the mug keeps the eggs nice and hot, and you can even eat them on the way to work if you want. I had to cook mine about 15 seconds more, but that may be my microwave. Thanks for sharing! Made for New Kids on the Block.
Easy and delicious. I stirred the cheese in before cooking which worked well.
i actually saw this recently in a Redbook magazine too. I tried it and it worked perfectly except I only microwaved for 20 seconds for the second cooking since the eggs continue to cook a bit after microwave is finished. Made beautiful, fluffy scrambled eggs. I've also tried it adding bacon bits or a bit of chopped ham or other ingredients I( might toss into my scrambled eggs. Delicious!
