I don't have any access to any type of international coffee creamer and I don't care for simple milk and sugar in my coffee. I ran across a recipe for sweetened condensed milk and was inspired. This recipe is still in the tweaking process but it has definitely met the need.

Directions

  1. Mix first three ingredients in blender until creamy. You can adjust the water to your preference. Add a few drops of coffee or food flavoring as noted below.
  2. *To date I have used about 1/4 tsp hazelnut, or 1/4 tsp hazelnut with 1 Tbsp cocoa powder. Both have been excellent. I plan on trying peppermint, pumpkin,
  3. * I have also frozen strong coffee in a container then whirled it along with this creamer for an excellent iced coffee.
  4. Don't be afraid to make your own flavors to fit your tastes or even the seasons.
