I don't have any access to any type of international coffee creamer and I don't care for simple milk and sugar in my coffee. I ran across a recipe for sweetened condensed milk and was inspired. This recipe is still in the tweaking process but it has definitely met the need.
- Mix first three ingredients in blender until creamy. You can adjust the water to your preference. Add a few drops of coffee or food flavoring as noted below.
- *To date I have used about 1/4 tsp hazelnut, or 1/4 tsp hazelnut with 1 Tbsp cocoa powder. Both have been excellent. I plan on trying peppermint, pumpkin,
- * I have also frozen strong coffee in a container then whirled it along with this creamer for an excellent iced coffee.
- Don't be afraid to make your own flavors to fit your tastes or even the seasons.
