  1. Made this in my Magic Bullet... made a lot of fizz... too much so :( - Used diet Coke and some decaf coffee - the taste was very different - this won't take the place of a nice Cuba Libre (Rum & Coke) but it was a nice change. Thanks Annacia! :)

  2. I followed your recipe faithfully except for 1 mostly presentational chg. I dislike the watered-down effect you get using crushed ice (or cubes) in cocktails. So I froze the ingredients to a near-slush & created an icy version I enjoyed in a freezer-chilled glass. This unusual ingredient combo intrigued & pleasantly surprised me. I like all the ingredients, but would not have thot to use them together & admit to being *strong drink challenged* for a lifetime. However, this was tasty & soothing. I doubt it will replace my much-favored coffee w/Baileys or a good margarita, but it was fun to make & ranks highly among my favorite cocktails. Made for Photo Tag & thx for sharing this unique recipe w/us. EDITED TO ADD: This was a bit tart for my taste pref & I will prob omit the lemon juice and/or increase the Coke next time. Thx again. :-)
