- 2 -3 teaspoons chocolate syrup
- 4 ounces milk
- 8 ounces cold espresso or 8 ounces strong coffee
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ice cubes
- whipped cream, for garnish
- In a small bowl, mix the chocolate syrup with the milk until the syrup is dissolved.
- Add in the cold espresso and vanilla; stir.
- Pour over ice into two chilled stemmed tall 8-ounce glasses.
- Top with whipped cream.
