  • 2 -3 teaspoons chocolate syrup
  • 4 ounces milk
  • 8 ounces cold espresso or 8 ounces strong coffee
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ice cubes
  • whipped cream, for garnish

  • In a small bowl, mix the chocolate syrup with the milk until the syrup is dissolved.
  • Add in the cold espresso and vanilla; stir.
  • Pour over ice into two chilled stemmed tall 8-ounce glasses.
  • Top with whipped cream.
