  1. Preheat over to 350.
  2. Coat 9" square pan with cooking spray.
  3. Combine 2 cups flour, baking powder, soda, salt, & 1 tsp cinnamon.
  4. Mix buttermilk, applesauce, egg, & vanilla. Stir in sugar.
  5. Stir in flour mixture, pour into pan.
  6. Combine remaining flour & cinnamon with brown sugar, stir in butter.
  7. Sprinkle over batter. Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool.
