- 2 green onions, minced
- 14.79 ml celery leaves, chopped
- 14.79 ml Dijon mustard
- 29.58 ml red wine vinegar
- 88.74 ml olive oil
- 29.58 ml soy mayonnaise
- 14.79 ml dried parsley
- 0.25 ml dried thyme
- salt and pepper
- 398 ml can hearts of palm
directions
- Mix all the ingredient except for the hearts of palm together in a bowl.
- Slice the hearts of palm into coins. Add to the vinaigrette.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
