I was wondering, did you use fresh cod or salted cod???because it will make a big differace in the taste!!! The salted cod it taster in my opinion. Instead of orange juice I add in white wine.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? My computer went out in middle of previous review so if this the same i apologize. My husband is of Portuguese descent and we both liked this recipe very much. Taking a cue from a previous reviewer, I did add some seasonings of our liking..a bit of oregano and salt and pepper, to add a spark. I like recipes that have good bases such as this. The saute at the beginning with the tomatoes et al. is delicious and I plan to use that elsewhere. This would be good in a chafing dish on a buffet table as cod holds it shape and it is very appealing to look at.people found this review Helpful.
