Great recipe. Delicious, healthy, quick and easy. What more could you ask for in a meal. I hate it when people change your recipe before trying it, but I must admit I did drizzle some extra virgi olive oil over the prepared fish before cooking.
thanks for sharing
i made this for dinner last night (cod fish was on sale this week). i made a couple of changes tho', i added one chopped tomatoe and seasoned the fish with old bay seasoning. will make this again, but i think a little more seasoning will help. am going to try it with salmon, too. sure is an easy and quick dinner on a hot summer day.

Very tasty! I didn't have fresh parsley, so I used dry, but it was still great! I also made this a second time using talapia! Wow! Yummy! The fish was perfectly done and moist! Thank you!

This was REALLY good! I wrapped in foil as instructed but baked in oven as I couldn't use the grill last night. Still turned out beautifully! Will definitely make it again! VERY good!

Excellent! Fish was super tasty and just flaked apart easily. Simple cleanup too.

This is a quick and simple way to prepare fish in the summer! I am definintely keeping this for future use! I omitted the onion for personal reasons, and halved the salt. I also added a bit of Old Bay based on another reviewers comments.

Really good recipe and really healthy. The only change I made was that I used fresh thyme and chives instead of parsley. I cooked this on my grill in a pie tin covered with foil because I did not want the juices to leak out. So little fat and a lot of flavor, I love the onions! Thanks for posting, Hobbyzu, I'll use this one again.

Very good with fresh cod and fresh lemon. Used dill instead of parsley.

What a wonderful way to cook fish on the grill. Was very moist and tasty. I sprinkled seasonings on the fish and then basted it with the lemon butter mixture. Left off the onion as a personal preference. Used tilapia and salmon and they were both wonderful! Thanks so much for sharing this great recipe.

We liked this. It would have been much better if my DH hadn't overcooked it. Nice flavor and was quick. Make sure to pour the juices over your fish before you eat it. They are yummy.
