Very rich and creamy sauce over cod. Elegant and easy to make.
- 8 -10 ounces cod fish fillets
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- In a non-stick skillet combine butter, cream and garlic salt on med/high to high heat.
- Add cod fillet and cook until flaky turning once.
- Plate Cod on warmed plate and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
