I worked for Coco's for 10 years when I lived out west and this doesn't taste anything like their house dressing. Replace the milk with buttermilk for a total of 2 cups of buttermilk, double the parmensan cheese and leave out the vinegar. The vinegar ruined the recipe. Add 1 T. ground black pepper, 1 t. finely chopped parsley and viola - you have Coco's dressing.

  1. Combine milk, buttermilk, mayonnaise, vinegar, cheese and garlic salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well with wire whip.
  3. Fold in sour cream, leaving lumps intact.
  4. Refrigerate in tightly closed container.
