Coconut Sorbet

"Someone made this over a weekend, and it was so good, I asked for the recipe. I think it tastes better with fresh coconut milk."

  • In a non stick saucepan heat coconut milk and sugar together. Occassionally stir, and keep a watch on it so the coconut milk and it's oils do not separate. Simmer for 3 minutes, or until all the sugar has been dissolved. Remove from heat. Add the cream and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

I love trying different kinds of food, playing with flavours. I inherited it from my dad. We used to spend every Sunday, cooking something new. It was like a special day for us to spend time together. Apart from cooking, I also love travelling. My favourite places are Jamaica, and Morocco. Nothing like sitting by the side of the road somewhere, eating Jerk Chicken or a Moroccan Sandwich!
