Someone made this over a weekend, and it was so good, I asked for the recipe. I think it tastes better with fresh coconut milk.
- In a non stick saucepan heat coconut milk and sugar together. Occassionally stir, and keep a watch on it so the coconut milk and it's oils do not separate. Simmer for 3 minutes, or until all the sugar has been dissolved. Remove from heat. Add the cream and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
