  1. Combine Sugar and Water in a pot on top of the stove. Bring to a boil to dissolve Sugar.
  2. Cool Syrup.
  3. Combine the Coconut Milk with the cooled Syrup and chill at least 1 hour.
  4. Process chilled mixture in ice cream maker as per manufacturer's instructions.
