These not only taste good but they are pretty too. They were a nice compliment to the goodies I give out as gifts. I think my husband may be addicted to them as the leftovers from the goodies baskets didn't last long.

Really nice flavour & look so pretty on a Christmas cookie tray. My cereal was fresh but it seemed "soggy" in the cookies - not sure why.

Very nice and easy to make cookie. Everyone who has tried them loves them. Will be making more this year.

I love everything about these cookies. They are so pretty and wintery (is that a word?) looking for a Christmas tray. I made about 4 1/2 dozen so it was time consuming to roll them, chill and then glaze and roll in coconut but well worth it. Next year I will line up the kids and get them rolling too. I used at least a cup of coconut on mine. This will be a regular on my goody trays. Thx Sharlene and Happy Holiday!

Wonderful!! These are my new favourite holiday cookies! So easy to make. DH says they taste like Capt'n Crunch. Thanks for posting

Yum! Used a bit more coconut and frosting then the recipe called for. Would make good bars I bet.

These were to die for! The walnuts gave them a special flavor. Very pretty! I used over a cup of coconut to coat these with. Thanks for posting a recipe I will be using every Christmas season.
