For my own taste too sweet, but not for the others at the table!! I served it slightly warm together with a good vanilla ice-cream and a slice of fresh pineapple. No left overs! The texture of the dessert reminds me of a clafoutis dessert. It was also extremely easy to make, Dreamgoddes thank you for posting this!

  1. Combine flour, butter, eggs and sugar.
  2. Add milk.
  3. Stir in coconut.
  4. Bake in a buttered cold iron skillet at 300 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until done.
