  • Preheat oven to 350oF.
  • In a medium sized oven proof sauce pan, bring rice, coconut mik and water to a boil.
  • Cover and placed in the oven for 18 minutes.
  • Remove and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with Braised Curry Pork.
