- Preheat oven to 350oF.
- In a medium sized oven proof sauce pan, bring rice, coconut mik and water to a boil.
- Cover and placed in the oven for 18 minutes.
- Remove and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve with Braised Curry Pork.
