A delicious and easy Pie Crust. Wonderful for cream pies. Makes one 9" crust

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. In medium bowl, mix together coconut and graham cracker crumbs.
  2. Gradually stir in melted butter, then egg white.
  3. Lightly butter a 9" pie dish. Evenly press crumb mixture onto bottom and sides of dish. Place crust in freezer for 10 minutes.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
  5. Cool completely before filling.
