    Smooth, chocolate fudge with a tropical flair, thanks to the orange and coconut. Try also with raspberry flavouring.

    Directions:

      Put butter, milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.

      Boil for 5 minutes, stirring continually; remove from heat.

      Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/3 cup coconunt, and stir to mix.

      Beat with a spoon for one minute or until marshmallows and chocolate are melted.

      Pour into a WELL greased 8"x8" pan.

      Cool until no longer sticky, then form into 8 rolls.

      When rolls harden slightly, cut each into 8 equal pieces, then roll each piece into a ball.

      Roll each ball in the reserved coconut to coat.

      Let stand to harden a bit more before serving.
