I was introduced to this yummmmy drink in Key West several years ago, you have to watch yourself because it is so tasty that you almost don't think it has alcohol. It sure does! Such a wonderfully refreshing drink. It definitely goes in my top 10.

What a fantastic drink! This tastes like the perfect summer day! Oh wow! LOVE the coconut flavor here! The only thing I would and will change the next time I make this is to not add so much lime at muddling time to allow for more abrasiveness with the sugar and mint in order to get even more mint flavor to release! This is FANTASTIC! *Made for Bev Tag*

At first it was kind of too sour because of the lime juice. So I decided to add club soda. And that way it was great. DH didn't like it but because of coconut. I enjoyed it until the end. Very refreshing. With the club soda, it's one of my favorite mojitos (and I'm a beginner for mojitos) Thanks Babe.
