Anything with coconut milk is rewarding enough for me :) From RealSimple.
- 1 (13 1/2 ounce) can unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 ounce grated chocolate, finely chopped (preferably dark)
- Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan until hot but not boiling.
- Add the chocolate.
- Stir until completely melted.
- Serve hot.
Only wish it could be a bit sweeter. Otherwise just dreamy. Was in the mood for hot chocolate, but short on milk. Served it up with some whipped cream and would be nice with chocolate shavings too. Yum.
Made this using Lake Champlain Cocoa Mix... very tasty! and thick. YUM. Not as sweet as I normally like, but still good.
