- 1⁄2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 1⁄2 cups unsweetened dried shredded coconut (organic)
- 1 teaspoon coconut flour
- 1 dash sea salt
directions
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Place egg whites in mixing bowl and beat until stiff peaks form.
- In small bowl combine shredded coconut, coconut flour, dash of salt, stir and add to egg whites.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Drop from tablespoon onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until edges get crispy and golden.
