I am obsessed with eating young coconuts right now (the kind that are white on the outside [it's the husk]) They're filled with tons of coconut water, much more than the harder, mature coconuts. I made this after eating a delicious coconut and needed something to do with the water.
- 16 ounces fresh coconut water
- 1⁄4 cup half-and-half
- 2 tablespoons vanilla (optional)
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar (optional)
- Put all ingredients in a glass.
