    This is a delicious filipino dessert (my husband is filipino). Just try it and you won't regret it. Time does not include refrigeration.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
    • 1 (4 ounce) can Nestle cream
    • 2 (8 ounce) cans fruit cocktail (well drained)
    • 1 (15 ounce) can lychees (well drained)
    • condensed milk
    • sugar
    • 12 young fresh coconut, meat of (sliced)

    Directions:

      Mix the cream cheese and nestle cream together until smooth.
    2. 2
      Add condensed milk and sugar to sweeten to taste.

      Mix in the fruit cocktail, lytchee, and coconut.

      Refrigerate for several hours.

      PS: Nestle cream is hard to find, whipping cream can be substituted but the end result will be more liquid.
