Easy to make, came out beautifully. Still delicious 3 days after being made. I did not use the paraffin wax and they turned out great. A big hit at my church's Easter brunch.

  1. Combine all ingredients except chocolate and paraffin.
  2. Shape into small eggs.
  3. Melt chocolate and paraffin together over very low heat.
  4. Dip eggs in chocolate mixture to coat.
  5. Place on wax paper lined cookie sheet and set in refrigerator for a few minutes until chocolate hardens.
