Protein - Here I get You!


  1. Slice banana in half lengthwise.
  2. Put peanut butter on one half.
  3. Place the other half on top.
  4. Roll in coconut and eat!

Absolutely Great! MH wanted to know what the creamy stuff was and I told him peanut butter, then he tasted it, with the banana and then the coconut. I cut the bananas in half, spread peanut butter on both halves, sprinkled with coconut. Great protein for those with acute anemia! Especially when you can't have meat protein because of kidney problems. Thanks so much for posting. Also a great recipe for the sight impaired, the texture and taste combined was great!

This was an easy, yummy, satisfying breakfast. I just broke off pieces of banana as I went and rolled them in coconut, much easier. I'm sure I'll have this again!
