  1. YUM! I made this today and it is SOOO good! I was also unable to find coconut pudding in my grocery store and substituted coconut milk for regular milk. It is not quite as coconutty as I would have liked, but boy is it good! Quick, easy, delicious! Thanks!

  2. This is another pie that I made for Thanksgiving and it was a hit! Very easy to make and highly recommended to anyone who loves coconut!

  3. I have seen this recipe on the dream whip box but didnt try it till I saw it here.I didnt have any cocnut pudding so I made the chocolate cream pie (omit coconut)and a homemade pie crust. My DH really liked the fluffy light texture and refreshing flavor. And he says he doesnt like cream pies...I plan on making this recipe again using banana cream pudding...

  4. This was wonderful, and certainly easy to make. Because it was so hot here, I just couldn't bear to turn on the stove, and I thought of this recipe in my "must make really soon" cookbook. This is a case of having plan B turn out even better than what I had originally planned. I used sugar free instant butterscotch pudding which was the only flavour I had on hand, and it was delicious. In another heat wave, I wouldn't hesitate to make this pie with a purchased graham crust. Thanks Melody for sharing this recipe.

  5. This was quick, easy, and yummy! I used Cool Whip instead of Dream Whip. I couldn't find instant coconut cream pudding so I used vanilla and substituted coconut milk for the milk. I topped it with fresh whipped cream. Rich and delicious!

  2. This pie is so easy to put together and dreamy, creamy, heavenly delicious! I made one pie, and then I made another to give to my DS. I used half and half cream in place of milk which made it even more creamier, I also added in about 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract in place of vanilla. This is so much easier than making a filling from scratch! Thanks for a great recipe Mel!...Kitten:)
