Serve this with fruit salads. This is especially nice with fresh strawberries, or fresh pineapple

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey, liquid type
  • 12 teaspoon orange rind, grated
  • 12 cup flaked coconut

Directions

  1. Add orange juice to cream cheese and blend til smooth.
  2. Add honey, rind and coconut.
  3. Combine thoroughly.
  4. Chill.
