  1. This is was quick and delicous treat, I love the combination of ingredients. I used a very dark chocolate which was good but I think it would be better with the semisweet chocolate called for in the recipe or even milk chocolate. I was easily able to cut the recipe down to a small portion which keeps this less of temptation! Thanks for sharing, Made for ZWT 7 by a Food.commando

  2. Oh my gosh, these are so good! Toasting the coconut really adds wonderful flavor to the candy. I really wish I had doubled the recipe cause it sure didn't last long here at my house. Made for ZWT 7, Count Dracula and his Hot Bites.

  3. Great way to cure a little sweet craving! I didn't have enough peanuts to make 1 cup so I mixed in some almonds and cashews too. I thought that worked out great. I popped these in the freezer for about 30 minutes and then moved them to the fridge, they were set up in no time! Made for ZWT 7.

  4. Oh my goodness - these are fabulous! I needed a quick chocolate pick me up today and this definitely fits the bill. Cooling within 5 minutes. I loved having the toasted coconut - that takes these over the top. I bet they would be wonderful with chopped almonds too! Thanks for sharing during ZWT7!!

  5. That's right! Easy and yummy. Love the taste of toasted coconut. Thanks! Made for Zaar World Tour 2011-South America.

  1. Only thing I did different is 1/2 cup peanuts and 1/2 cup sliced pecans. What a chocolate fix!
