  • Fry onion in olive oil till just staerting to brown. Add crushed galic and grated ginger , black cardemom and cinnamon stick and cook for furthet 2 minutes. Add salt and chilli and cook for further minute. Now add tomato puree and cook for minute and add chicken. Keep stirring and cooking for about twenty minutes. Add a bit of water every now and then to stop chicken sticking or burning.
  • Now add chopped tomato and and corriander, cumin and garam masala and cook for about 10 minute.
  • Add coconut milk and tamrind paste and cook for 5 minutes. Now garnish it with corriander leaves. You can add more water during last step if you need more sauce.
