This is a very tasty bread. It's equally delicious with a little powdered sugar on top or sliced with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. I got this off the internet several years ago and don't remember the site.

  1. Cream together butter and sugar.
  2. Beat in eggs and extract.
  3. Add sour cream
  4. Add the coconut.
  5. Stir together the flour, baking soda and baking powder.
  6. Add to the butter mixture.
  7. Divide between 2 lightly greased
  8. Bake in a pre heated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until bread tests clean when inserted with a toothpick.
