CRUST
- 118.29 ml canned navy beans or 118.29 ml great northern bean, drained and rinsed
- 78.78 ml butter, softened
- 118.29 ml brown sugar
- 177.44 ml flour

FILLING
- 118.29 ml canned navy beans or 118.29 ml great northern bean, drained and rinsed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 158.51 ml favorite nuts, chopped
- 236.59 ml coconut
- 4.92 ml vanilla
- 78.78 ml chocolate chips
directions
- Preheat oven 350.
- For Crust: Spray and flour 8x8 baking pan.
- In a medium mixing bowl, blend beans, butter, brown sugar and flour.
- Press mixture into baking pan.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- For Filling: In same bowl mix all filling ingredients until well blended.
- Smash some (most) beans against side of bowl while mixing.
- After crust has baked 20 minutes, remove from oven and immediately pour filling over crust.
- Bake an additional 20 to 30 minutes until the top is golden.
- When completely cool and cut into two inch squares.
