Here is a super healthy smoothie for a quick on the go breakfast.
- 1⁄2 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
- 1⁄2 cup plain sugar-free yogurt
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons dried apricots, chopped
- 2 -3 ice cubes
- 2 teaspoons agave syrup or 2 1⁄2 teaspoons sugar substitute
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons flax seed oil (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend together until smooth.
