- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 1 cup coarsley grated apple
- 125 g diced strawberries
- 150 g blueberries
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
- 1 -2 tablespoon icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons cranberry juice
- Soak apple juice, oats, coconut and honey overnight in the fridge.
- Add youghurt and grated apple. Suggest Rose.
- Mix well and divide into 6 servings.
- Top with Beri Salsa ingredients mixed well.
