- 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
- 1⁄2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- Beat cream until slightly thickened.
- Gradually add sugar, vanilla and cocoa.
- Beat until stiff peaks form.
