  1. The taste of these was fabulous. It really hit the spot with my family who felt like they were missing their homemade treats. Be sure and get your sheet just barely greased, these little puppies can stick like the dickens if you leave that step out!!!

  2. Incredibly yummy. I too did not add the chips or drizzle chocolate on these. But the cocoa taste is great. And if you make them just slightly smaller (38 cookies instead of 36) then you get 5 cookies per 1 WW point. Fabulous! Thanks!

  3. Cornelia, these were fantastic. I think I was less successful with the meringue texture on the peppermint ones, but these came out perfectly. I didn't drizzle any chocolate over them, nor did I add the mini chips. They were perfect without either addition. Thank you!!

  4. These are really good - a little sweeter than the other meringues I make but very good. I did have to switch the oven to convection and bake 10 extra minutes. My other recipe cooks for 2 hours so 30 minutes is a breeze! I did use semi-sweet chips. I didn't have the mini so I chopped the regular size. I also sprinkled little piles of sliced almonds for some and put my dollops on top of them and they turned out really good. I didn't use the glaze as they were chocolaty enough. Thanks for a great recipe!

  5. tried this twice and both times they flopped and came out flat as pancakes and uncooked in the middle.
